Delete your account.
You can delete your Dad's Rulebook account in Parent Mode, or request deletion by email if you no longer have access to the app.
Request deletion by email
Email waadrarii@gmail.com with the subject “Dad's Rulebook account deletion”. Tell us whether you want to delete your parent account or also the household you own. We will verify account ownership before removing data.
You do not need to reinstall the app to make this request. If possible, write from the email address used for your parent account. If you use Apple's Hide My Email or cannot access that address, tell us so we can help verify your request. Do not send passwords, your parent PIN, reset links, payment details or children's personal information.
Delete in the app
- Open Parent Mode and go to Settings.
- Under Account, choose Delete account and verify your parent PIN.
- If you own the household, select “Delete the household and its data”.
- Type DELETE and choose Permanently delete.
To save a copy first, use Settings → Export household data. You can request help with an export or deletion at the same email address.
What deletion affects
Deleting the household owner's account also removes that household's child profiles, rules, schedules, task history and linked-device access. Deleting an invited parent's account removes that parent's access; the household remains available to its other members.
Store purchase records and some security or service-provider records may remain separately. Contact us for questions about associated data or to request deletion of specific information without closing your account.
Your subscription
Account deletion does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Manage cancellation through the store account that purchased it. You can request account deletion whether or not you have a subscription.
