What to include

Tell us what you were trying to do and which device and app version you use, if applicable. Please do not send a child’s personal details, PIN, recovery code, sign-in credentials or payment information.

Privacy and account requests

For privacy, access, correction, export or deletion questions, use the same email. We may need to verify account ownership.

Subscriptions

If you have a subscription, manage or cancel it through the store account used to purchase it. Deleting an app account does not itself cancel a subscription.
